Fitsona is designed to turn a big goal into small, repeatable actions—then help you adjust when your schedule changes.
Share your goal, experience, routine, available equipment, and preferred workout days.
Start with a practical schedule that balances training, movement, and recovery.
Record sessions, everyday habits, and how challenging the plan feels.
Use weekly reflections to suggest realistic changes for the next stretch.
Fitsona is designed around a continuous fitness cycle: understand the user, create a personal plan, track daily habits, follow up at the right time, and adapt recommendations as progress changes. AWS provides the cloud building blocks for that experience.
Supports AI-assisted workout-plan drafts, exercise explanations, weekly progress summaries, and suggested adjustments based on user goals and feedback.
Manages sign-up, sign-in, authentication, and account access so each user can access their own fitness plan and history.
Connects the website to backend workflows for onboarding, workout generation, completed sessions, check-ins, and progress calculations.
Stores profile preferences, workout schedules, completed sessions, habit check-ins, reminders, milestones, and progress events.
Triggers scheduled jobs for workout reminders, evening habit check-ins, weekly reviews, and milestones. Lambda checks preferences before preparing follow-ups.
Stores exercise demonstrations, workout imagery, and optional user-uploaded assets with appropriate access restrictions.
Can deliver configured workout reminders, weekly progress summaries, and milestone emails once the notification workflow is connected.
Collects application logs, metrics, and alerts to help investigate errors and monitor operational health.
A scheduled EventBridge task invokes Lambda. The workflow checks the user's schedule and notification preferences, then prepares a supportive reminder. At the end of the week, Lambda summarizes activity records and Bedrock can help explain patterns and suggest realistic adjustments.
Security and user control come first. The planned implementation includes encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege IAM permissions, consent-based notifications, user data controls, and monitoring. AI suggestions should be validated and remain general fitness guidance—not medical diagnosis or treatment.
Architecture status: proposed. These services must be configured and connected before the workflows operate in production. The current website preview does not connect to a live AWS backend or AI model.
Fitness support should be useful, personal, and clear about what it can’t do.
Suggestions are designed to support your decisions, not replace your judgement.
Fitsona is intended for general fitness and wellness. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional care.
A future onboarding flow should ask about exercise readiness and direct users to a qualified professional when appropriate.
Rest days, missed sessions, and changing energy levels are part of a sustainable routine.
Fitsona is in development. Join the early-access list to share what would help you build a fitness routine you can keep.

Fitsona is an early-stage fitness and wellness product being developed around the reality of everyday life: routines change, motivation comes and goes, and progress is built through repeatable habits. For product and collaboration enquiries, contact the Fitsona team at adisa@fitsona.space.
